Every day of your stay, planned and booked before you arrive.
The tastings worth the drive, the tables that are hard to get, the guides who are actually good — chosen for how you like to travel, across the hills, the lagoon and the mountains, and confirmed before you land.
Two minutes
The person who will be planning your days.
Bricole is one person and a network of people who work these hills — not a platform. Worth two minutes before anything else.

16:9 — placeholderA few questions, and the first idea of your days arrives by email.
What Bricole does
The days get designed, then actually arranged.
Bricole is not a tour operator and not a booking platform. It designs the days of a stay — what is worth doing, in what order, at what pace — and then arranges every piece of it with the people who run those places.
Cellars, restaurants, guides, transfers: each one confirmed directly with the partner, in advance, at their own rates. Small producers who answer the phone but not the booking sites. Tables held at the hour the room is still quiet.
Where you sleep stays your choice. Everything between one morning and the next arrives already booked — and if something shifts once you're here, there is someone whose job it is to fix it.
How it works
Five steps, and the first one takes two minutes.
Your dates, who is coming with you, and the kind of days that make a trip feel like yours: long lunches or early starts, one cellar done properly or three in an afternoon.
Two minutes, and it is the only thing this page asks of you.
Not a brochure and not a list of links: a written idea of what your days could look like — where you would be going, at what pace, and why those places rather than others.
You read it at home, with time. Everything you need in order to decide is in that email, including what the planning would cost.
Once you decide to go ahead, fifteen minutes on a call — the part no questionnaire can do. Who in the group tires early, who would never skip a market, the anniversary nobody mentioned, the mountain road you would rather not drive twice.
It is a short conversation, and it is where a stay stops being generic.
The programme comes back to you day by day, on a page of your own: places, times, the name of who will be expecting you. Anything can be confirmed, moved to another day, or taken out — three rounds of changes, and nothing is reserved while you are still deciding.
It is your stay, so it gets built with you rather than for you.
At your final yes the reservations are made one by one, with people Bricole knows by name, and every confirmation comes back to you in writing.
From then on the days are set — and if something arranged by Bricole doesn't go as planned while you are here, it gets handled on this side, without you making a single phone call in a language you don't speak.
What the fee covers
Six things, and no small print.
A plan built for your dates
Not a template with your name on it: a day-by-day itinerary written for this group, this season, and the roads in between.
Reservations already made
Every cellar, table, guide and transfer booked directly with the partner and confirmed back to you in writing.
Doors that are hard to open alone
Family producers who don't take online bookings, kitchens that fill weeks ahead, guides whose calendars never reach the internet.
One person on the other end
From the first call to the last day, the same contact — reachable while you're here, not just before you leave home.
Someone paying attention while you're here
A cellar that closes without warning, a guide stuck in traffic, a storm on the morning of the walk: what Bricole arranged, Bricole puts right.
The producers are paid what they ask
Bricole takes nothing on top of what you spend on the ground — which is also why the small cellars pick up the phone and keep a table free.
Before anything is booked
You see the whole stay before a single table is held.
The programme comes back to you as a proposal: availability checked, nothing reserved. Every activity can be confirmed, dropped, or moved to another day, across three rounds of revisions.
Three rounds of changes, and the last word is always yours: nothing exists in your name until you have read it and said yes to it.
Plan your stayA sample stay
Four days of food and wine, written out.
Four days in the hills built around food and wine — cellars, tables and the roads between them — invented for this page but written exactly the way a real programme is: hour by hour, with the reason behind every choice and the name of who is expecting you. Yours will read like this, and will look nothing like it: a stay for walkers, or for a family, takes a different shape entirely.
Yours will read like this, built around your dates and the people with you.
Plan your stayWhere Bricole works
Every area within reach of your stay.
Driving times are from the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, the usual base for a stay. Cities in grey are there for orientation only.
Every area above is within reach of a single stay.
Plan your stayPrice
From €190 for the whole stay — not per person.
The fee depends on how many days are planned, not on how many people are travelling: a group of five pays what a couple pays. The exact figure comes with that first email, once the dates are known.
It covers the planning, every reservation and the support during the stay. Experiences themselves are paid directly to the people who provide them, at their own prices.
It is paid before the planning starts — that is what turns a request into days that somebody is actually working on.
Before you decide
Two things worth knowing before you decide.
What support covers
Anything Bricole arranged: a cellar that closed unexpectedly, a partner running late, a reservation that can't be found, an activity to move because of the weather. If something we organised doesn't work, we deal with it — in Italian, on your behalf, while you carry on with the day.
What it isn't: arranging new activities outside the agreed programme, bookings we didn't plan, or general logistics such as your own transport, your accommodation, or personal matters.
If the plan doesn't convince you
The programme is reviewed before anything is booked, and reworked across three rounds of revisions — activities confirmed, removed, or moved to another day until the shape is right.
Nothing is reserved in your name until the programme is the one you wanted.
It starts with a few questions, and nothing is owed until you decide.
Plan your stayThe only step
Two minutes now, the first idea of your days by email.
Would you like the days of your stay planned and booked before you arrive?

Thank you.
A first idea of your days, written for your dates, will arrive by email shortly — with the fee at the bottom. Nothing is owed until you decide to go ahead.
Understood.
Enjoy the hills — and if the stay turns out to need a hand after all, this page will still be here.
